Will someone please tell me why people in offices love to have the thermometer set at ice storm when it is 70 degrees out side? I mean I know it is warm out there but for Christ Sake it is like walling into a meat cooler. Do I look like a hunk of meat hanging from a hook just waiting to be cut down and chopped up for the market?

Will someone please tell me why people in offices love to have the thermometer set at ice storm when it is 70 degrees out side?
